Professional, ethical, and transparent public affairs

We believe organisations have a legitimate role in contributing evidence, expertise, and practical insight to public policy. That engagement must be responsible and transparent.

UK lobbying requirements

Registration and disclosure obligations

The UK has a statutory Register of Consultant Lobbyists, maintained by the Office of the Registrar of Consultant Lobbyists. The register applies to consultant lobbying activity as defined under the Transparency of Lobbying, Non-Party Campaigning and Trade Union Administration Act 2014.

Where our activity falls within applicable requirements, we comply with registration and disclosure obligations.

We also advise clients to respect formal processes, recognise opposing views, provide evidence that can be scrutinised, and engage stakeholders in a constructive way.
